§6 — RISK FLAGS BEFORE SUBMISSION
□ Are all foreign documents (degrees, certificates) attested through UAE Embassy in country of issue AND through UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE? (multi-step process — 4-12 weeks)
□ Are Arabic translations done by sworn translators (Ministry of Justice approved)?
□ Are UAE-side letters from CEO-level / DG-level signatories, not junior officers?
□ Are press cuttings authentic UAE outlets (not just LinkedIn shares)?
□ Has Emirati cultural framing been respected (proper titles, religious sensitivities, gendered framing where appropriate)?
□ Is family's inclusion strengthening or weakening the case?
□ Is there a backup nominator if [NOMINATOR] becomes unavailable?
End with: "DRAFT nomination dossier framework — for UAE-admitted lawyer + the nominating office's protocol team. The dossier is a strategic case statement, not a form pack. Attestations of foreign documents through UAE Embassy + UAE MOFA are the single biggest logistical bottleneck — start that process 3-6 months before dossier submission. Final decisions are discretionary and unappealable; manage client expectations carefully. Cultural framing in Arabic-English bilingual format is recommended."Unlock the vault to see the full prompt
