With this context, I bridge back into the main considerations of my GTE statement." §6 — CRITICAL CONSTRAINTS (40-60 words) • NEVER claim "I was preparing for studies" without documented preparation • NEVER hide a prior visa refusal during gap — PIC 4013 / 4014 implications • If gap involves prior visa refusal (any country), address it separately • If gap involves a criminal matter, address it under PIC 4001 (separate) • If gap involves health issue, balance disclosure (PIC 4007 implications) with privacy End with: "DRAFT GAP-YEAR GTE ADD-ON — for MARN-registered agent review.
