A. Passport — biographical page + every stamped page (scan, colour, A4)
• Validity: must exceed intended period of stay; for PR, recommend ≥ 12 months remaining
• If renewed mid-process: include old passport copy showing prior travel
B. National ID (e.g. Aadhaar for India, Emirates ID for UAE) — scan, colour, A4

C. Birth certificate — long form preferred, with both parents' names (scan, colour, A4)

D. Marriage certificate / divorce decree / death certificate of spouse (as applicable)
• Original sighted; certified copy submitted; certified translation if non-English/French

E. Two passport-style photos meeting IRCC photo specifications (35 × 45 mm)

(c) WORK PERMIT (LMIA-exempt — IMP, intra-company transferee, CUSMA, IEC, etc.)
• Offer of Employment number (employer submits via IRCC Employer Portal; client cites in app)
• Compliance fee receipt (CAD 230 — paid by employer)
• Supporting letter explaining LMIA exemption category (R204 / R205 / R207 / R207.1)
• Educational + experience evidence aligned with the offered role
(d) EXPRESS ENTRY (FSW / CEC / FST)
• IELTS / CELPIP / TEF / TCF — within validity at ITA date (2 years)
• ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) — WES / IQAS / ICAS / ICES / CES / MCC (for physicians) / PEBC (for pharmacists) — valid 5 years
• Reference letters from each employer — see §3
• Proof of funds (settlement funds — exempt for CEC + valid Canadian job offer)
• Provincial nomination certificate (if PNP-linked)

• Sponsor: NOA last 3 years (for excessive demand assessment, even though spousal sponsorship has no LICO threshold)
• Applicant: IMM 0008, IMM 5669 (Schedule A), IMM 5406 (Additional Family Information)
• Relationship evidence:
– Marriage certificate (apostilled if non-Hague country source)
– Common-law: IMM 5409 Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union + co-habitation evidence (joint lease, joint bank, joint utilities, joint insurance)

• Applicant(s): IMM 0008, IMM 5669, IMM 5406
• Relationship: long-form birth certificate of sponsor showing parent names; matching parents' names on parents' documents
• Settlement plan letter (often requested for PGP)
(h) VISITOR VISA (TRV) / SUPER VISA
• Cover letter explaining purpose of visit
• Invitation letter from Canadian host (if applicable)
• Proof of funds (last 6 months bank statements)
• Ties to home country (property, employment, family remaining)
• Travel itinerary (tentative — not yet purchased; IRCC discourages pre-purchased tickets)
• For Super Visa: medical insurance ≥ CAD 100,000 covering 1 year; host family member's NOA showing LICO compliance
§3 — WORK-HISTORY EVIDENCE BLOCK (if 0 > 0)
For each employer covering the years required by [STREAM]:
• Reference letter on company letterhead, signed by HR or direct manager, with:
– Job title
– Start + end dates (or "to present")
– Hours per week (must support full-time 30+ h/week for Express Entry NOC TEER counting)
– Main duties (5-8 bullet points aligned to NOC TEER duties)
– Annual salary + benefits
– Contact: signatory name, designation, phone, email, official company stamp
• Pay stubs — 3-month sample
• Tax filings — Form 16 (India) / W-2 (US) / P60 (UK) — equivalent to home country
• Provident fund / social security contribution proof (especially India EPF / UAE end-of-service)
• Appointment letter + relieving / experience letter (Indian-standard combination)
If letter signatory has left the company → alternative letter from current manager + LinkedIn note + statutory declaration explaining unavailability.
§4 — POLICE + MEDICAL (link to dedicated prompt)
• Police certificate (PCC) from country of citizenship + every country lived in for 6+ months since age 18

• Loan sanction letters (if education / personal / property loans relied on)
• Sponsor's NOA / Form 26AS (Indian tax credit statement) / employment letter
For Express Entry / PR: must demonstrate settlement funds per family size at the moment of submission AND at COPR issuance (often forgotten — client must refresh proof).
§6 — DEPENDANT DOCUMENTS (per dependant — if None ≠ None)
• Birth certificate (long form, both parents' names)
• Passport copy (biographical page + entry/exit stamps)
• Photographs per IRCC specs
• Marriage certificate (if married dependant)
• Custody documents if minor child not biologically the applicant's
• IMM 5475 — if a representative will receive their information
• Medical exam — every dependant, even non-accompanying for PR
• PCC — every dependant aged 18+
• Schedule A (IMM 5669) — every dependant aged 18+
§7 — REPRESENTATIVE FORMS
• IMM 5476 Use of a Representative — signed by [CLIENT_NAME] + RCIC
