• Stamp 3 (Dependent without work rights) — Partially reckonable for spouse of Irish citizen/EEA worker; not for general dependent

For Indian-cohort: disclose all incidents fully; concealment is more damaging than minor incidents.
§5 — DUAL CITIZENSHIP — INDIA INTERACTION (90-110 words)
Ireland recognises + permits dual citizenship:
• Irish naturalisation does NOT require renunciation of prior citizenship from Ireland's side
• [CLIENT_NAME] retains Indian citizenship by Irish law
