§1 — PASS-TYPE RIGHTS OVERVIEW
Dependant's Pass (DP):
• For spouse + unmarried children < 21 of EP / S-Pass holders
• Validity tied to primary EP holder's pass (typically 2 years)

§3 — PR APPLICATION PATHWAYS
Singapore PR is granted by ICA at its discretion. Common pathways:

§4 — DOCUMENT PACK FOR PR APPLICATION
A. ICA e-Service "Apply for PR" (online)
B. All passports + immigration history:
• Photocopy of current + past passport biographical pages
• Photocopy of all SG passes (EP, DP, LTVP, etc.)
• Photocopy of marriage certificate (apostilled if foreign)
• Photocopy of all children's birth certificates
C. Educational documents:
• Degree certificates + transcripts
• Professional certifications (if relevant)
D. Employment + income:
• IRAS Notice of Assessment last 3 years
• Recent pay slips (last 6-12 months)
• Employer's confirmation letter
E. Family documents:
• Spouse's photographs over time
• Children's school enrolment certificates
• Joint financial documents (bank accounts, property)
F. Character + medical:
• Police certificate from country of citizenship (within 6 months)
• Medical examination (if requested by ICA)
G. Application fee: S$100 per applicant (PR application) + S$20 per page for certificates (verify current ICA fees)
§5 — PR DECISION + RENEWAL
If PR granted:
• Issuance fee S$50; entry permit fee S$50; multiple-journey re-entry permit S$30 (verify)
• Re-entry Permit (REP) — initially 5 years validity; renewable
• Must maintain "physical residence" in Singapore (more flexible than visa-based residency)
• Children PR boys serve National Service at 18
If PR refused:
