§2 — NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST (60-80 words)
AAIP Express Entry doesn't have a public application portal. Instead:
• Be in EE pool
• Alberta issues "Notification of Interest" (NOI) to selected candidates
• Candidate has 30 days to respond + submit AAIP application
• Alberta evaluates + nominates

If Alberta ties are WEAK:

§4 — APPLICATION PACKAGE POST-NOI (150-180 words)
Within 30 days of NOI:
A. AAIP Express Entry application:

B. Supporting documents:
