- DPDPA 2023 (India) / PIPEDA (Canada): consent for data collection + clear purpose. The custom disclaimer satisfies the "explicit consent" requirement IF the user actively ticks the box.
- CICC §44-46:

- "Guaranteed approval consultation" = BANNED.
