We want you to be happy with the purchase. If the Vault isn’t a fit, ask for a refund within seven (7) days and we’ll send your money back. This applies to both the consultant tier on myvisaprompts.com and the applicant tier on apply.myvisaprompts.com.
1. The 7-day window
You have seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. No questions, no form. Just email hello@anyimmi.com from the email address you used to buy.
We don’t ask why, we don’t make you justify it, and we don’t hold the licence hostage with friction. If your gut says it’s not for you, that’s reason enough.
2. How it works
- You email us at hello@anyimmi.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address on the order if it’s different from the one you’re writing from.
- We initiate the refund through the original payment processor within 1 business day.
- The processor credits the original payment method:
- Razorpay (India) — UPI usually 1-2 business days; cards / netbanking 5-7 business days. EMI payments may take longer.
- Stripe (international) — typically 5-10 business days back to the original card. Bank-level delays are out of our hands.
- Your Vault access is revoked the moment the refund is issued.
3. After 7 days
The licence becomes non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds are not offered. The Vault is single-payment lifetime — there is no subscription to cancel, no recurring charge to worry about.
If you discover a bug or a defect that materially breaks the product (not “I changed my mind”) we’ll usually extend the window case-by-case. Email us; we’re reasonable people.
4. What gets refunded
The full purchase amount in the original currency. Any jurisdiction-specific tax (VAT / GST / sales tax) collected at checkout by Stripe Tax is automatically refunded as part of the refund — you don’t need to ask for the tax portion separately.
Payment-gateway fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction) are absorbed by us, not deducted from your refund.
5. Tax invoices and reversal
If you received a tax invoice (mandatory in India under GST and in EU/UK/CA/AU under each country’s indirect-tax rules), a credit note voiding the original invoice is issued at the same time as the refund. We’ll email it to you. If you need it for your own bookkeeping, ask and we’ll resend.
6. Chargebacks — please email us first
If you initiate a chargeback through Razorpay, your card network, or your bank without first emailing us, we lose roughly ₹1,000-₹2,000 in dispute fees on a ₹999 order (a significant cut of a product priced to be accessible). Stripe chargebacks cost USD 15 per case in addition to the disputed amount. We always honour legitimate refund requests — email us first and we’ll process it the same day.
Fraudulent or repeat chargebacks (e.g. a refund-request after buying multiple times, or after downloading large portions of the Vault and asking for the money back) may result in the buyer’s email being added to our Stripe Radar / Razorpay risk list.
7. Failed payments and duplicate charges
If you see a duplicate charge on your card or bank statement, email us with both transaction IDs. We refund duplicate charges immediately regardless of the 7-day window, and Razorpay / Stripe typically reverse the unmatched charge automatically within 7 working days.
